Three private sessions, built around your real work. You leave with a working AI system β not a stack of notes.
Apply for the IntensiveYou're already using AI every day. It just isn't compounding. These are the three shapes that usually takes:
The Productivity Optimizer
Current Challenge: Drowning in tasks. Too many AI tools, no time to learn. Need AI to work for you, not add work.
What Success Looks Like: Custom AI workflow saving 10+ hours/weekβautomated reporting, meeting prep, decision support.
The Content Professional
Current Challenge: One piece eats 12+ hours. You open with a big question, get vague answers back, and never reach a usable structure.
What Success Looks Like: A research-to-draft pipeline that cuts production time in half and holds your voice.
The Multi-Project Operator
Current Challenge: Several non-routine projects running for weeks, each crammed into one endless chat thread just to keep the context alive.
What Success Looks Like: Every project in its own persistent workspace that keeps taking feedback and producing until it's delivered.
Three sessions, two hours each. You leave with a working AI system that gets faster every time you use it β not a stack of notes.
A living profile of who you are: your voice, your active projects, the frameworks you've already built. You stop re-explaining your background at the start of every task.
Fixes: starting from zero every timeReusable templates and SOPs β landscape scans, topic-to-draft pipelines, decision matrices, outreach templates. Every session adds to it, so it thickens as you work.
Fixes: generic answers with no real structureWhat each tool is genuinely best at, which task goes to which one, and how to hand work between them β research to draft to polish β instead of guessing.
Fixes: owning five tools, combining none of themEvery multi-week project gets its own persistent workspace with its own context, so you can keep feeding it and iterating until delivery.
Fixes: cramming a whole project into one chat threadSingle skill β production line β full system. You bring one piece of real, due work to every session.
Build frameworks in reverse: have the AI lay out the skeleton first, you review the skeleton, then go block by block and fill it in. We take one real domain from zero to a framework map live.
Break your production process into stages and mark exactly where AI plugs into each one. Outline-first is how we kill vague output. We push one real piece to a working draft in the session.
Take a project you have in flight right now and stand it up as a live workflow that keeps taking your feedback and keeps producing β including tasks that run on a schedule without you.
One tool, not five. The whole system runs inside the Claude desktop app β a plain chat interface for daily work, and Cowork, the agent mode in the same app, as the engine that does multi-step work on your machine and runs tasks on a schedule. Nothing to learn but one app. Other tools stay as single-shot utilities you call when you need them; the system itself lives in one place.
Both tracks start the same way β you tell me what you actually need, and I build the engagement around it.
You send me 2β3 situations you most want to solve β what you want AI doing in your work, where you're losing time. Everything after this is built on your answers.
I design your three sessions around your actual scenarios and prepare the materials before we ever meet. No generic curriculum.
Two hours each, in person or live over video. You bring one piece of real, due work every time and we build with it β plus a live walkthrough of my own running systems.
After each session you get a week of async Q&A while you put it into practice. Pace adjusts to how fast you're actually moving.
This is not a course. It is private work with me, on your real projects.
Private, hands-on sessions that leave you with a working AI system
Best for professionals and teams who want AI working for them β no coding required.
I'm Nathan, and I don't just talk about AI - I ship AI products. While others are theorizing, I'm building. I've gone from idea to production on 17 AI products in 17 weeks, teaching 50,000+ people practical AI skills along the way.
What makes me different: I've been where you are. I've battled the overwhelm, wasted time on tools that didn't work, and learned the hard way what actually moves the needle. Now I help you skip those expensive mistakes and go straight to what works.
No. The entire system runs inside one desktop app with a chat interface β no terminal, no code. Most of my Intensive clients are content, media, and business professionals, not engineers. If setup is the part that scares you, we do it together, live, in the session β you leave with it working, not with a to-do list.
Yes. Couples, co-founders, and working partners often book together β up to 2 people at no extra cost, so the $12,000 covers both of you. Each person fills out their own intake questionnaire and I design a track for each of you, then run both threads through the same session using each person's real work.
In the SF Bay Area I come to you; anywhere else we run it live over video. The three sessions are sold together because they build on each other β session one produces the frameworks session two turns into a pipeline, which session three wires into a running project. A single session on its own gets you a good afternoon, not a system. If you want to keep going afterward, additional sessions are $4,000 each.
Because every session is built from scratch around your answers, and I can only prepare a handful of these at a time. The application is also how I tell you honestly whether this will help you β if what you need is a course or a piece of software rather than three sessions with me, I'd rather say so up front.
Your laptop, a Claude subscription, and β this is the important one β a real piece of work that's actually due for each session. Not a practice exercise. We build the system out of your live workload, which is why you leave with something already running instead of something you still have to go set up.
Usually a week or two. You get a week of async Q&A after each one, and you need real working days in between to put it to use β what you run into during that stretch is what shapes the next session. If you're moving faster or slower than expected, we adjust the pace rather than the plan.
The $12,000 covers all three sessions and is paid in full before the first one. I'll send an invoice once we've both confirmed it's a fit β nothing is due while your application is being reviewed. Additional sessions afterward are $4,000 each, settled per session.
Then don't book it. If you're earlier in the journey, my 3-week cohort course at $1,397 covers the fundamentals in a group setting, and it's the honest recommendation for most people. This intensive is for people already using AI daily who've hit the ceiling of what one-off conversations can do.
Every week you keep re-explaining yourself to a chat window is a week your system could have been getting faster. Three sessions, your real work, something running at the end of it.
